Produce a pilot TV episode for the big screen
Role / Multitasker with four amazing crewmates from the U.S. and Canada
Tools / All the film studio jazz
Timeline / 1 month
During the summer of 2016, I was selected to participate in a film production program in New Zealand led by experienced director, actor, and voiceover artist John Callen, who starred as dwarf Óin in Peter Jackson’s Hobbit film trilogy.
Along with my crew-mates Abigail Turner, José Luis Perez de Leon, Guillermo Areizaga, and Mauricio Martinez Berra, we produced the 15-minute pilot TV episode 'Panophobia'. Throughout the entire production process, we collaborated together with guidance from John Callen and industry experts - from script-writing, storyboarding, and casting to multi-camera shooting and post-production. My main roles were storyboarding, executing vision-mixing in the control room, and multi-camera shooting (on location and in studio).
